Prenatal Fitness is a MUST!

Thought pregnancy was a good excuse to slack on the fitness routine and "eat for two"? Turns out maintaining a healthy lifestyle or adopting one for the first time is highly recommended!

150 minutes per week!! »

Did you know that the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (your OB!) recommendeds amount that you exercise during pregnancy is AT LEAST 150 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous exercise?? I know, we were shocked too!

Lucky for you, we got you covered at our FIT4BABY sessions! Every month, we have a new session with certified prenatal instructors!

Specially Trained & Certified Instructors

Our FIT4BABY instructors incorporate strength training to help prevent common lower back pain during pregnancy and increase stamina, cardio to improve your cardiovascular endurance and balance exercises to maintain good neuromuscular control and reduce the risk of falling.

Physical activity in pregnancy has minimal risks and is beneficial for most women. Of course, every 'body' has a history and is anatomically different, so consult with your physician or midwife to determine how much exercise you should do.

But for real: we are moms, too. We know how much our bodies physically and mentally go through during this precious time.

This isn't your typical gym class or workout routine that does not modify to your changing body and your baby. Each class is precisely designed for the pregnant body and the changes it undergoes.

No matter what stage of pregnancy you are in, FIT4BABY is for you!
