8 week sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5AM at On Pointe Party Parlour on Van Buren in Riverside.
Led by a certified running coach, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, and increasing speed and distance. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients.
Price includes Saturday morning group runs, assigned homework specific to your race and fitness level, team support, and motivation.
